This year’s trip will be hosted at the Baha Mar resort, an amazing 1000-acre complex on the pristine white sands of Cable Beach in Nassau.
You and your guest will enjoy complimentary travel + hotel accommodations for four night(s), but feel free to stay longer.

Baha Mar boasts more than 20 incredible restaurants, so you won’t be short of delicious food experiences throughout your stay. Of course if you are enjoying the comfort of your room, you can always enjoy room service.

Arrival Information
AIRPORT: When you arrive at the Nassau airport, go through customs, grab your luggage, and go outside through the set of sliding doors. Here you’ll be greeted by multiple Sunsplash Events Representatives, wearing aqua colored polo shirts and navy pants. They will be holding signs that say “Insight Global.” They will guide you to your transportation to go to the hotel. Should you have any flight changes, delays or questions, please inform Registration@insightglobal.com ASAP & they will ensure the Sunsplash team is made aware. You can also call, text, email or WhatsApp Sunsplash Events at 1-954-812-3913 or email: info@sunsplashevents.com to ensure they are aware of your delays as well.
HOTEL: You will be dropped off at the main entrance to Grand Hyatt. Once you are inside the resort, please follow the signs & representatives that will show you where to check in inside of the main entrance. For guests staying at SLS, please make your way past the Grand Hyatt check-in area & follow the signs to SLS reservations desks.
Departure Information
HOTEL: *** Please plan to depart the hotel 3+ hours from your flight departure time. The transportation / departure area at the hotel will be located in the conference center area. Walk past the retail area & make your way down the escalators & into the conference center. Follow the signs to the transportation / departure area where multiple representatives will be there to assist you in getting to the airport.
You do not need to check out of the hotel unless you have a folio or billing concern that you would like to speak with someone about.
Ensure that you have all your items with you upon departure. Check (and recheck) for passports & other necessary items for travel before loading onto the buses.
AIRPORT: You will be dropped off at the departure terminal & can follow the check-in procedures at the airport, based on your travel schedule & specific airline! The transportation team will unload all luggage upon arrival at the airport.
